This is a tougher ride than it looks on paper. Very inconsistent road surface that changes frequently and requires constant attention...particularly given the number of trucks coming by at fairly high speed. There is a gate just south of 24 that I didn't know how to get through so never made it to Hartsel. Can be a nasty headwind taking this from south to north.
